1. - Brand Manager (code:BM)
Description:
- Improve brand performance and growth
- Communication with principal and other stakeholders
- Build customer loyalty program
2. - Franchise Manager (code: FM)
Descriptions:
- Improve overall franchise and brand performance
- Develop marketing calender and promotion campaign
- Develop plans for training, events etc
3. - Accounting Manager (code:AM)
Descriptions:
- Preparing financial statements (P & L , Balance sheet)
- Improve accounting work system
- Supervise inventory audit
Criteria for BM & FM positions:
- Female, 28 – 35 old
- Bachelor (S1) degree in marketing / communication / Management
- Exp. Min 3 yrs in retail/ marketing
- Fluent in english (writing and speaking)
- Excellent computer and and communication skill
- Service – oriented and good with details
Criteria for AM positions:
- Male or Female 30-40 yrs old
- Bachelor (S1) degree in Accounting
- Exp in retail field and min 3 yrs in same position
- Exp. Using accounting software system
- Excellent computer skill (exp in excel)
- Adequate in English
- Detail – oriented
