Requirements:
MANAGEMENT DIVISION

1. LEASING MANAGER

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• S1 Degree all majoring, male / female max 40 years
• Have capability for negotiation, good communication and familiar with exhibition arrangement
• Has leadership & managerial skill
• Has experience min 2 years in same positions

2. LEASING EXECUTIVE

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• S1 Degree all majoring, IPK min 2,8, male / female max 35 years
• Have capability for negotiation, good communication and familiar with exhibition arrangement
• Able to work as a team work
• Has experience min 2 years

3. LEGAL EXECUTIVE

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard 
• S1 Majoring Law Public / Civil Law, male / female max 35 years
• Able to work as a team work
• Good in English both verbal and written

4. IT EXECUTIVE

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard 
• S1 Degree majoring Informatics System, Technical Informatics computerize, male / female max 35 years
• Having experience min 3 years
• Familiar with RDBMS, Reporting Services, Cabling, LAN, WAN, Routing Switching and PABX System (Data & Voice Networking)
• Able to work as a team work

5. PROMOTION ADMINISTRATION 

• D3 Degree all majoring, female max 30 years
• Able to work as a team work
• Has experience min 2 years
• Familiar with MS. Office

6. PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• S1 Degree, majoring Civil Engineering, male / female max 40 years
• Has leadership and managerial skill
• Has experience min 2 years in same position
• Good in English both verbal and written

7. HRD MANAGER

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• S1 Degree majoring Public Law / Phsycology, male/ female max 40 years
• Has leadership & managerial skill in same position
• Has experience min 3 years

8. PROPERTY MANAGER

• Having experience in same operational mall (Security, Parking, Housekeeping)
• Good in English both verbal and written

9. SUPERVISOR HOUSEKEEPING

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• D3 Degree all majoring, max 40 years
• Has leadership skill and experience in housekeeping operational mall min 2 years
• Able to work as a team work

10. SUPERVISOR SECURITY

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• D3 Degree all majoring, max 40 years
• Has leadership skill and experience in Security operational mall
• Able to work as a team work

11. SUPERVISOR PARKING

• Honest, responsible, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
• D3 Degree all majoring, max 40 years
• Has leadership skill and experience in parking operational mall
• Able to work as a team work
